When I tell people that my wife is a professional organizer, always, with a doubting expression say –does that even exist? lol Yes, it does exist! and there is actually national organizations of these organizers in the US. One of the first challenges they face when generating leads (sales), is to gain the trust of the people in need of their services, Design is fundamental for business development precisely because design can provide a good presentation, therefore, customers' trust. Check what I did for my wife's business. PS. In this case, we had a normal business to business communication and we both learn and improve so much by working together.
