New Website In Progress!

Hey friends, My old website is expiring in a couple of months, so I'm using this opportunity to design a brand new portfolio with Semplice. Here's the rough home page.

I need advices from you : What do you want to see? Should I be silly or serious? What are the Do's and Don't's when designing a portfolio? What type works should I show more - illustration or ux design? Does anyone care enough to read case studies?

...and anything else you think I should do!
