Milwaukee Stags
Team 12/32 of #TheUFLProject – the Milwaukee Stags.
The Milwaukee Stags are a franchise with its mascot inspired by the official wildlife animal of Wisconsin, the white-tailed deer, and the popularity of hunting in the region. The most distinguishing feature of the stag is the presence of antlers, which are regrown every year and prized as trophies for hunters. The length is often determined by nutrition and genetics, and the number of points in the antler rack is often determined by age. During mating season, they compete against other males and often engage in sparring to determine a dominance hierarchy, using their antlers to ram the opponent.
The Stags sport an earthy color scheme: burgundy and bone gold, with accents of a reddish brown. The antlers are present on the helmet and throughout the logo system, and the typeface is an industrial take on a chiseled athletic block.
