Pioneer Square Totem Pole

Work in progress editorial piece. This is part of a much larger project I'll be finalizing over the next couple months that will include a number of other Seattle-related illustrations done in a similar style.

Fellow Seattleites may recognize this as the iconic Tlingit totem pole located in the heart of Seattle's Pioneer Square neighborhood on the south side of downtown.

This pole is a really impressive piece of indigenous artwork and I just hope it managed to do it some justice. Definitely check out the uncropped version (attached)!
