LocWom Brand Identity #1

LOCWOM (Local Women) is a public benefit Non-Profit Organization started in early 2016 and is based in Portland, Oregon. It was founded by an inspiring woman from Nepal, Nasreen Sheikh, who has always envisioned changing the world. Our small organization is taking the necessary steps to help women and girls living in Nepal.

The women they are working with come from very difficult situations such as abusive husbands, abandonment and poverty. Most of these women have never had the opportunity to become educated or work as an independent. We will train these women in different handicraft skills as well as educate them on different subjects that will benefit their futures.

This is a Pro-bono job that I did for them where I'm redoing their entire brand identity to make it more appealing to their audiences and public campaigns. They needed a distinct logo to stand out and be recognized.
