Andrea Moore - Logo Design

Still working on this fella - how would you improve it graphically? Or do you think it's got enough going on?

The logo symbol means a couple things: - it contains the 'A' and 'M' from her name - it's pointing upwards - positivity - if you see the triangles as people, then the space in the middle is representative or 'therapeutic alliance' - the coming together of people - which is what Andrea specialises in.
