Guided Chat Support

We recently had the opportunity to work on a project where we looked at the ways in which our client was providing help for their customers. We wanted to improve the experience of a traditional FAQ by inserting it into a simplified chat form that would utilize machine learning to funnel the user to the correct solution. It was fun to think of all of the situations a guided help like this might be helpful, and I'm happy to share this bit with you!
