Financial assumptions

Just designing financial calculator web application for a client where user can calculate their possible profit from larger property investments.

This is one of the main interfaces to represent the expense data and how it reflects on the final profit.

There are couple of more screens where user can enter different kind of data than influence the general profit.
Quite complex model so I'm trying to make it very simple for user's eye. Hope You enjoy it.
