Local time concept - Both scenarios

Following up on my previous post.
No wrong time calling anymore!
How about showing recipient's local time when you pull up a contact, enabling you to figure out whether it is the right time to call them or not.
Likewise, the recipient gets to see your local time with the incoming call prompt!
