Brand – Print – Packaging
After the successful delivery of two On Northbourne campaigns, the Suburban Land Agency engaged Swell to develop a comprehensive marketing package for City 7 — a uniquely positioned parcel of land in Canberra's CBD. Adjacent Glebe Park and The Canberra Centre, the visual identity exemplified the contrast, vibrancy and energy of the site to both local and international audiences. We were responsible for naming, branding and custom packaging which resulted in it being snapped up at auction.
