Preface:
This was for a CRM so that the company could use this form multiple times for properties.

Problem:
Have an inviting way for users to schedule a tour so the apartment could capture leads to convert them into prospects.

Solution:
Pull the user in using comforting imagery of a nice loft like apartment. Have the form feel simple. All the company had to use this for multiple properties was switch out the logo and the image of the apartment if they wanted.

Role:
I was in charge of the UI/UX design. I worked with developers to get the design and functionality right.
