no-player

no-player is a new open source project by Novoda, which aims at simplifying video playing in your Android app.

In the process of creating the demo app's launcher icon, (and therefore the logo), I used Android's Adaptive Icon pattern to split the icon into background and foreground.
The colored dots belong to the foreground, while the grey plate and the grey dots belong to the background, which produces a nice parallax effect when the icon is animated by the system.
