Neo Customer Progress
I redesigned Account Progress for mobile to help sales reps see completion dates that happen during the sales process. Dates will populate here when tasks are completed or documents are uploaded to Salesforce across the company (data entry, PV designers and permitting). This new feature is super useful for users. Previously this data was only available in a separate app. I'm confident this feature has saved users thousands of hours.
Because the account creation process is fixed, I made accordion sections that users would understand at first glance and allow for more details on tap. Blue rings indicate the section has been started but is not fully complete. Filled in circles mean its group has yet to be started. I would be interested in testing more designs with users, especially other ways to communicate progress at a high level.
