Eastern Visual Identity
Visual identity exploration for design conference.
Quote from the manifesto: "Our understanding of ‘East' in Eastern isn't determined by physical space. It's a concept best described by a negative definition: 'The place that isn't the West'. We understand this is a bipolar concept and a feeling that is dividing and uniting at the same time. Yet our approach is inclusive rather than exclusive. We base our idea of the East on what we know to be true–that we all find ourselves East at one point or another. Sometimes in thinking or being, sometimes while trying to reach our goals."
