quick scroller manu

A hidden quick scroller for quick access to contents on a very long page. This feature is part of the redesign of the rule builder project.
Each grey bar is an expression of the rule, all these expressions can influence each other or affect the whole rule. User need to create, edit or delete expressions. This scroller also allows user to quickly glance the expression titles.
