Alnwick, England
The first stop on my English countryside road trip Alnwick (pronounced ANN - ICK). The crest features water, representing the North Sea coastline, two towers from Alnwick Castle, and the Percy Lion which welcomes you as you drive into town. The gold and red stripes in the back are an homage to the Northumberland County flag. There is supposed to be 2 gold and 2 red stripes, but it was too busy. Seeing that this is a stylized rendering of the crest for my own memory keeping, I figured it was ok to simplify it.
