Pillars

Work in progress for a series of illustrations. I'm just getting back in to my childhood loves of art, symbols and mythology. I've been looking at the Tate's collection of John Flaxman's 1807 illustrations inspired by the Greek tales, Homer's Odyssey and Virgil's Aeneid. What do you guys think? Enjoy this aesthetic?
