Premium Shoe Brand Black Friday Update
The Story
Performed UX testing on the quality of the homepage. This testing produced two key issues:
- Users weren't scrolling past the hero area.
- Users weren't clicking on the call to actions.
The Solution
I implemented key CTA's for each hero item and added trust-building shoe brands. The website also implemented Nosto which allows for product personalisation. The 'Hand Picked For You' area shows recommendations for the user. So far the scroll has been boosted, and click through rates have been increased too! This update was just in time for Black Friday.
