Easy check-in for medical appointment

First time playing with After Effects as I feel useful animation is becoming inevitable especially for mobile experiences.

I find it inconvenient having to fill out out a form every time I visit a medical clinic because you know, being sick is already a bad experience!

This is re-imagining the check-in experience for a medical appointment at a clinic that I'm not registered in. This is conditional upon your country having a national ID system but this would be nice.

I focused on connecting dots in between screens so I'm giving a user the holistic view of what's happening.
