Interstitial Screen

We were previously sending our users to the airline’s website for Check-In without advising them they were about to quit the app. In other words, we were sending them to a place where we can’t control the experience.

In order to ease this process, we created an interstitial screen designed to:
- reduce friction by suggesting them to copy their booking number
- advise our users by anticipating their next step

It’s a simple yet effective solution to give more context while creating something that users want to look at and not feel annoyed by!
