Competitors research

Hi guys!
I am working on a new project now and wanted to share a part of my usual UX process. I use feature matrix to understand potential product competitors better and see their strong and weak features. The great thing is that it also takes into account the budget for the development: this way I control myself later on and prevent myself from designing features that seem exciting to me but extremely difficult to implement and unnecessary for the product and business owner.
