I've always had a puzzled notion about the banking apps. No wonder it is a necessary evil and there is so much room to bring in a delightful experience to the user. Needless to mention the Jargons these banking apps keep flaunting!

My idea of the banking app is it should understand the user's pain points automatically, make the transactions easier, analyze the spend, predict patterns and play the role of a personal accountant!
