Using Processing to Generate Random Colors
I've been developing an interest in how I can use code in my design process and this is a first stab at it. I created a grid of tiled squares in Illustrator, saved the file as an SVG, and used Processing to generate new SVG files with random colors.
It's a very simple process, but yielded an interesting result, in my opinion! I did this for a dessert cook book cover, hence the bright, sprinkle(-esque!) colors. The full cook book cover and spine are attached.
