The Specialist
On of the 3 personas of a project designed for msd.
At the end of the brief I have done a color research for each persona based on their feelings and needs.
The specialist is colored in tones of blue. I have chosen this colors for her ui applying color psychology.
Brief :
A pharmaceutical company has the need to offer a digital tool as an alternative to the service currently run by the call center.
The new service have to offer a way to build a better network for doctors whom suggest their products to their clients.
The service have also to make a easier life for the patient effect by pathologic disease.
The aims of the specialist are to do not interrupt the medical activity and to meet the needs of the patient under the right priorities. The specialist then intends to improve its visibility in the network, optimizing their agenda.
In the meanwhile the medical practitioner needs a digital solution to identify specialists in a precise and better way for their patients, maximizing the effectiveness of each visits.
