Admission Campaign's Forms

Hi everyone! This is my new challenge.
In this case, I had to propouse Landing page, forms, suscribers' charts for the pregrade admission campaign.
The minimun requirements were that to be personalize by carreer ( some specific carreers were choosen).
Challenges:
1.- First talking with stakeholders, two differents areas of the university that are in charge of the campaing in order to analyze the behavior of each forms involved .
2.- Then understand the user flow from inside and outside, the tecnology that we will use ( custom form, hosted or embed) in order to know where will the data go, automathize responses and the access for the two areas.
3.- Finally an standard prototype to the 6 forms.

The project actually is in Production area ( UI ).
