Cool Gift Giving Startup Mobile App Design - Animated

Hey guys!

This is an animation of the onboarding flow of the app we created here, at Zajno, for Altruus, the future of gift giving and good friends of ours. The app’s got a pretty cool advantage over similar apps in the gift-giving space, but I can’t really tell you what it is. Yet. We actually animated a user scenario of giving a gift to a friend through the app, and you can watch full video here.

Goals: Animating the design we created to showcase a user scenario of giving a gift to a friend within the app. This video is going to be used for marketing purposes.

Approach: Since the app is going to be used by a wide range of people, it has to be intuitive to use. That’s why we concentrated on user experience when designing. As for the UI, we tried to keep it clean and visually appealing. While creating this animation we followed the basic principles of animation including Squash and Stretch, Bounce and Arc, so that every detail looks natural and alive.

Results: We ended up with a nice and smooth animation of the app. There’s nothing much to add to this. Let us know what you think of this.
