This is a logo I recently developed for the company Behaveyourbrand.

When I started with this logo project I brainstormed quiet some time with the founder of Behaveyourbrand. In these brainstorm sessions it became clear that the founder had a strong emotional connection to the bee. She felt that it somehow connected to her company and what it stands for.

Behaveyourbrand aims to improve the 'brand experience' of retailers from a bottom-up approach. It does not provide behavior programs for CEO's and managers, but it focusses on the true heart of every company: the people on the work floor.

The bee resembles these people on the work floor. The bee works hard, may appear -as an individual- not that important, but is actually the beating heart of every hive.

To strengthen the central role of the 'bee', I designed a pulsating dot that lies at the heart of the bee. This ringed dot became a signature element in the Behaveyourbrand branding. It reoccurred in different icons, bullets and other elements.
