Crystal Mall Spin & Win is a proposed eCommerce Gamification app for the stores in the Crystal Mall. Users can “Spin” and try to win points that can be redeemed for discounts and gifts at participating mall stores. The goal is to engage new and existing shoppers with a fun game of chance that has been shown to boost sales and conversions by double or even triple digits.
