This app allows healthcare providers to track and share information about patients by providing easy access to the needed information at the right time. If a patient has a lab completed and the doctor is waiting for the results, they will get a push notification when the results are ready rather than having to check their computer system continuously. By allowing shared access and easy communication between hospital providers, we hope to ensure inpatient care continuity across shift changes and departments.
