New hires @Root Insurance Co. treat the office to donuts. It’s been a company tradition since before I started, and something everyone gets really excited about. Donuts are an easy conversation starter, and make your first few days of getting to know people less awkward. It’s super fun and is great for building team camaraderie. Plus, who doesn't like donuts?
