Care App Login Error Screen

This is a digital platform that helps families find compassionate carers for their loved ones. I worked on the UI/UX design of the web application, to be used by customers, carers and admins.

Considering the user demographic factors, my main challenge was to create a platform that is as simple and clear as possible for the 'non-tech-savvy' users. Customers can manage their care, find new carers and make payments using the app, while carers can manage their schedules and timesheets, find new care jobs.
