Yōshoku experimental restaurant
So excited to share this very special project for me. It's about the experimental restaurant Yōshoku — a genuine rebirth of Japanese classics finely blended with French gourmet modernism. Yōshoku is more than food — it is a cross-cultural experiment with style, taste, and traditions. Yōshoku (洋食) is a mixture of two words. "Yō" means "The West" and "shoku" — food.
