Video Interview
At my current company we're allowed to propose new ideas and if it's chosen, we can start building it. I was fortunate enough to have my idea chosen for this particular project.
It's a candidate video screening that helps recruiters screen candidates before they meet. This not only saves time but it also provides recruiters with information that you can't typically get from a resume such as communication, presentation, language and culture etc.
Recruiters can ask up to 5 questions which candidates have to record their answers on the iOS, Android or web app.
