Texas Speed Bump

Doin' a poster for Artcrank Austin. I may try to print this thing using varying screen percentages of black and glow-in-the dark ink on gray stock.

Does anyone have experience with getting predictable values from screen printed tints? You know how some Pantone books show a breakdown of different tints – ever seen the screen printing equivalent?
