Founded in 1934 in Akron, Ohio, Swensons Drive-In Hamburgers serve the best burgers know to humanity anywhere.

My family has been making the pilgrimage from Columbus to Akron for decades in order to eat as many Galley Boy burgers as possible. My uncle even takes some home and freezes them so he can have an extended supply.

This logotype was introduced by Swenson's in the 1970's and I on a recent trip to Stowe, Ohio I snapped a photo of an old Swensons sign still using this old logo. I redrew it in Illustrator as accurately as possible and paired it with their trademark olive-on-a-toothpick that garnishes every burger.

If you're ever in northeast Ohio, you simply have to get your hands on a Swensons burger.
