AT-ONE process poster

This is an 'in progress' process poster. Zoot has been working with The Oslo School of Architecture and Design to communicate the findings of a research project called AT-ONE (Actors, Touchpoints, Offerings, Needs and Experiences). Its goal being to help business with AT-ONE's tried and tested methods and tools for designing better services. This poster will wrap the books. To be published late 2010, early 2011.
