Updated (and Themed!) Book Page

Along with introduction of new curated Bundles and an updated Buy component, the objc.io Book Page was also slightly updated.

One noticeable change is the introduction of themes. Book pages and Book Preview pages are now themed according to the book’s gradient colors. This is reflected on book-specific content such as heading, links, and buttons, but also on the master layout, where the navigation and logo are styled according to the theme.

Other changes include:
• an horizontally-scrolling list of Bundles the book is included in (proper support for non-touch devices);
• the new Buy component which follows the user as they scroll through book information;
• a general cleanup of the page, with simpler typography and a plain white background under the content to support the stronger theme presence.
