Bundle Cards

Now with 4 books published, objc.io introduced curated Book Bundles, replacing the old pick-and-mix bundle system. These are represented by a new Bundle card.

Each of the Bundles has a defining solid pastel-like color, for differentiation with the vibrant gradients used for Books. Instead of a number, the size of each bundle is represented by a list of the books it contains, so larger bundles look visibly taller (plus, there’s no need to click through to know which books are included). The arrow before each book’s title is colored with the book gradient’s brightest color. This list can be omitted in places where space is at a premium, while preserving the card design and the bundle’s color. The bundle card also shows the savings compared to buying the individual books, and accommodates temporary badges to mark new bundles or bundle sales.
