Dashboard Design - Schedule a Report (Work-in-progress)

I am working on Reporting Platform (Web application) which reports meaningful data to the marketing managers of a brand. Marketing Managers typically want to receive reports directly to their inbox. This UI illustrates the creation of a schedule to receive a report.
