Patient prothesis record

First draft for the patient's application record.
This interface makes it possible to enter the various measurements necessary for a first adjustment of the prosthesis.
It's also a dashboard allowing to know the version of the firmware of the prosthesis and information related to it.

In the top right a contextual menu allows the orthoprosthetist to modify the interface according to his degree of knowledge of the software.
