Insufficient bandwidth for request

Getting my Android on and working on some screens and flows to handle connection requests when you don't have enough CDR.

The user has a couple of options: they can accept the request at a lower rate, or get more CDR. Hence, the 2 elevated buttons: '–' and 'GET MORE CDR'.

...or, they can go ahead and just reject the request.
