Web design for youth innovations

Work in progress.
The web page is in Lithuanian, so the main purpose of it is that youngsters could join the initiative to create innovative products.

Regarding the logotype, I know that it does not match the design, but I was asked to use it, so I will be working on making it less distinguishing.
