Facebook Filter Posts Feature

In recent days me using @Facebook has been reduced gradually because of a hell lot of videos and links shared from other pages by my connections. Once I only had my wall filled with posts like status updates and videos posted directly by my friends which I really enjoyed viewing, but now I'm missing a lot of posts from them because of the never-ending list of videos and links shared by them.

The solution I would suggest is having a filter button to filter news feeds that users really wishes to see.
