Sculpted this one in 3D Coat and did a manual retopo mesh consisting of around +8200 quads. Exported the retopo mesh as a .obj, imported it back into 3D Coat and subdivided 3-4 times to create a smooth object. Rendered with the built-in engine using hand painted PBR textures.
