Proactive Chat Bot

Few months back, I worked on a chat product that suppose to ease collaboration around projects using a feature called proactive chat bot.

As part of the concept, that bot suppose to “always listen” and suggest call to action buttons when necessary. In the example above you can see a project manager asks to have a meeting with 2 colleagues. Upon click “Schedule an event”, the bot creates an invitation with all 3 members, pre-fill event name and shows nearest availability for all parties.

Once the invitation is sent, each member can confirm attendance that shows on their avatar with 100% opacity. When all parties confirmed, the bot sends a confirmation message.
