Menu for @KATSANA new app - DRIVEMARK™

- to entice user to submit their details, we add percentage indicator
- we're working for insurance renewal features which is going to be soon
- we emphasize on feedback buttons so that we can tackle bugs faster and get more feedbacks
- probably we should remove "about us" and just include it in FAQ (might need to rename the menu)
- I try to give contrast so that user can scan faster. Might can add colors on menu icons
