1608 Bistro Logo Concepts

Stoked to say that I have the opportunity to work with a previous client on a new venture.

1608 Bistro aims to be a modern asian-fusion inspired take on the classic lunch spot. With a focus on new, fresh and bold flavors, the task to create a mark that is both powerful and elegant is definitely a tall one.

So let me break this down - the top is the direction that the client would like to pursue, but with a refinement to the numbers to make them more legible. The two directions on the bottom are ones that I feel have good elements/ideas that can be further explored and maybe incorporated into the design.
