Medical Tracking Application V2

Quick little update with the medical app I've been working on.

Transferred it to a tablet, working on making it more responsive to continue this design down to a mobile device. Added 4 more levels of upper navigation for the user to drill down and filter the data to what they want to see. Began adding user roles and how the UI changes based on a users role, and what limitations they have based on that.
