IBM Pivot

Finally able to show some of the product design work I was doing in my first role at IBM.

This was the dashboard page for an app designed to deliver better context for our marketing lead reps by aggregating both phone and online interactions into one timeline view.

Using a Watson API, we could then analyze those interactions to suggest the next action, whether it be serving content or sending an email, to help nurture that lead.
