It's been really interesting rehashing forms at Funding Circle to make them simpler and more accessible. But beyond the standard best practices, I've been exploring interactions using principles of feedback, providing controls in context, and contextual prompts to help correct mistakes or formatting before it becomes a disruption.

An element I'm particularly interested in is how to return value to users in exchange for their interactions. Exploring how we can use the data they've entered, along with our own, to help provide greater context, introduce norms, reassure, and help make better decisions.
